  • Desktop Support (On-site and Remote Support)
    • Hardware Support – We can help if you have problems with your actual computer, keyboard, mouse, displays, and all of the stuff in between.
    • Application Support – We can assist you with problems you might have with the Microsoft Windows that runs on your computer, the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc. )
    • Proactive Maintenance and Patching Support – To fix problems found in your Windows, your applications, and even your hardware, companies put out patches that will “patch-up” these problems and plug any safety gaps that may have been found. We help you determine if and when to install these patches, and will do it for you while you are away (typically at night).
    • 24/7 Monitoring – We will keep an eye out on your computer to make sure to address any problems it may encounter or problems that have yet to become an issue for you, and then fix them proactively for you so that you don’t have to worry!
    • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding – We can help you bring in new employees into your organization. We can setup an email for them, and get accounts created on their computer as well as any systems that you may use to run your business.   We will also remove all of that access, and either delete their email, or share it with whomever you designate, when they leave your business.
  • Copier, Printer, Scanner Device Connectivity Support – Sometimes you may want to connect new imaging equipment, or may have problems with connecting to your existing imaging equipment, either to print or scan.   We can help you get connected so that you can use these devices flawlessly!
  • Endpoint Protection/Antivirus (EDR) – We install and use software to monitor and actively protect your computer from not just viruses, but malicious malware and all things in between. This isn’t your fathers Norton Antivirus!
  • Managed Detection and Response (MDR) – This is an upgrade option that works with the Endpoint Detection and Response software to also watch any questionable events or activity on your servers, and in your email. It is coordinated and actively monitored by a command center of experts that are ready to spring into action to proactively protect your computer and respond when necessary to mitigate any threats.
  • Monthly Reporting – Every month we will show you what we have been doing in the background (and the foreground). We will list all patches applied that you may not have been aware of.   Report any malicious threats that came up and were mitigated.  We can review any problem tickets that you called in and follow-up to make sure that all is well.   Finally we can simply review all of the above and conduct a Quarterly Business Review with you to make sure that we are doing all that we can to keep you protected and also make you successful!
  • Cloud Backup – Keeping your files on your computer is one of the worst things you can do! Keeping a server in your office is expensive and burdensome.  We can help you store your files safely on secured computers that are managed 24/7 in expertly designed computer “farms” called “the cloud”.   We can also make backups of these files to provide for redundancy and consistency in case files are lost, stolen, or corrupted.
  • Business Continuity Disaster Recovery (BCDR) – We have the ability to backup your entire computer so that if it gets, lost, damaged or stolen, we can restore the computer data and operating system back to a new or other computer to practically the same way it was before.   It’s even possible to restore it to a virtual computer in the cloud so that you can operate till you get a replacement computer!
  • Password Management – One of the biggest gaps in security when it comes to computers and applications are humans, and how we handle passwords. We can provide a password management system that will store all of your userid’s, passwords, and even secure notes and credit card information so that you don’t keep it in your browser (dangerous) or on sheets of paper on your desk (unthinkable!).  We can even set it up for some login information to be shared among your staff when they need to login to the same system!
