I recently switch over to DPI for my copier needs and I can not say enough great things about this company. From the first interaction with my sales rep who was more concerned with making sure all the things I wanted in a copier was met then trying to force a sale; to the quick response time when I was in the middle of a print job and the machine wouldn’t quit jamming and all the way down to how polite and down to earth the guy who worked on my machine was. DPI may be a smaller company but interacting with their staff makes you feel like you matter to them.
